Guidelines
The Computerworld Honors Program Nominations for the 21st Century Achievement Awards are open from August 14, 2006 through February 28, 2007. The nomination process will culminate with a Laureates Medal Ceremony and Gala Awards Evening in Washington, D.C., on June 4, 2007.
We encourage you to nominate as early as possible to allow your nominees sufficient time to prepare their case study prior to the holiday season, and to allow us time to better support you and your customers. The Program's Interactive Nomination Form can be completed online. For any questions, please contact Deborah Lee, Executive Programs Manager, at 508-820-8663 or Deborah_Lee@cwhonors.org.
Guidelines for Nominations are:
- Only Chairmen's Committee Companies can submit nominations to the Computerworld Honors Program.
- Chairmen Committee Companies may not self-nominate or nominate other Chairmen Committee Companies or their subsidiaries.
- There is no limit to the number of nominations a Chairmen's Committee Company can submit to the Program each year.
- An organization can be nominated more than once in a five year time span provided the project is uniquely different from previous projects. Any updates submitted from the organization must provide substantive information.
- Each year, the Program allows an organization to be nominated only one time per category, per project. If a project is nominated more than once by differing Chairmen's Committee Companies, then the first nomination received and accepted by the organization will be recognized.
- An organization may be nominated up to two times per Program year for two different projects, and a maximum of 1 project can be nominated in the same category.

- Business & Related Services
- Education & Academia
- Environment, Energy & Agriculture
