THE 2005 SEARCH DIRECTOR'S COMMITTEE

Each member of the Computerworld Honors Chairmen's Committee appoints to the Program a special representative, known as the Director of the Chairman’s Search Committee, whose primary task is to ensure that that member’s annual class of Laureates reflects, on the one hand, the breadth and depth of his or her company and, on the other, the personal insights and recommendations of that member. The Program, the international archives supported by the program, and future generations of students for whom these historic materials are held in trust, all owe a special debt of gratitude to these extraordinary people, whose work lies at the very heart of the Program's "Search for New Heroes."
